This Comfrey Balm works great. This is my second buy, keeping it on hand, I don't want to run out. I have given my Daughter-in-law, half of my first jar. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and it's really works, I have got a bad back, knees and shoulders playing up now. If I don't put any on, the pain gets really bad, I don't realise how bad I was until I started using this. It has helped ease some of the pain, I hope in more time it will help more and I might be able to come of some of the pain killers in on. I highly recommend.
